Therese "Tracy" Chapman passed peacefully from this earth on the afternoon of Thursday, September 25, 2014 at the age of 57. Though our hearts are aching from her sudden passing, we take comfort in knowing that she is surrounded by many loved ones who have gone before us including her sweet parents, who we know will welcome her with open arms into God's Heavenly Kingdom. We know that Tracy touched so many lives and that her legacy lives on in each of us. We ask that you take a moment to celebrate her in your own special way wherever you may be and know that you are loved.

For those who are available to celebrate with us, we would like to invite you to a celebration of the life of our dearest Sweetie, Mom, Cha-Cha, Sister and friend. Services will be held at First United Methodist Church in Rosenberg, TX (1127 3rd St, Rosenberg, TX 77471) on Saturday October, 4 at 10am. Please celebrate with us in a way that you are most comfortable.
