ROYCE ALLEN BARTEE

July 20, 1971 - October 18, 2023

Royce was loved by so many people and those closest to him remember him as one of the most loyal, giving, and helpful friends a person could have. He approached life with endless energy and enthusiasm.

You might say more like a fireball rolling down hill all the while looking for ways to make a positive impact on others. Selflessness came naturally to Royce - he genuinely believed in hard work and loved what he did.

After 35 years in the plumbing industry Royce started and ran a successful plumbing company in San Marcos TX.

Royce's selfless heart and unconditional love from him and his family and friends gave him the strength and courage to challenge his terminal cancer on his own terms. In the end, he won the battle, being of sound mind and consciousness until his last few breaths. Royce Allen Bartee's faith and belief he had eternal life proved true through his heroic actions and good deeds like "The Man of Steel." Royce is survived by his wife, Amy, two brothers (Bubba) Glenn Bartee and wife Sissy, and Johnny Bartee and wife Becky, along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and dear friends. All will miss his daily shenanigans and his loving kindness deeply. He was preceded in death by his parents Glenn Bartee and Susan Bartee and his oldest brother, Tommy Bartee.
