Ralph James Zwahr, beloved son, brother, and uncle, passed January 25, 2018, at his home in Stafford, Texas.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 1416 George St, Rosenberg, TX 77471 followed by a Rosary at 10:30 AM and Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Davis Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Rosenberg, TX 77471.

Ralph was born in Brenham, Texas, on April 26, 1949, to Ewald and Martha Wisneski Zwahr. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.

Ralph is predeceased by his parents, brothers and sisters-in-law, Ewald and Mary Ann Zwahr, Eugene and Sandra Zwahr; brother-in-law, Leonard Orsak; and nephew-in-law, Brad "Gomer" Messersmith. Ralph is survived by a sister, Margie Orsak; nieces and nephews, Cindy Messersmith, Michelle Zwahr, Angela Richards, Laurie Orsak Cook, Debbie Tiemann and husband Michael, Roger Zwahr, Mark Zwahr and wife Adriana, Brenda Henry and husband Nick; great nieces and nephews, Joshua Landrum and wife Charlotte, Clay Cook, Cameron Tiemann, Jordyn Richards, Cassidy Tiemann, Emalee Zwahr, Ethan Zwahr, and other relatives and friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be: Mark Zwahr, Roger Zwahr, Michael Tiemann, Clay Cook, Nick Henry and Marvin Kasper.

Memorials may be given in his memory to Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 1416 George Street, Rosenberg, TX 77471.
