Peggie Susan Capps, 63, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2015. She passed peacefully at her home in Rosenberg. She was born on August 8, 1951, in Ranger, Texas, and moved to Rosenberg in 1963. After graduating from Lamar Consolidated High School, Peggie moved to Houston, where she lived for twenty years and raised her two children. She then returned to her adopted home of Rosenberg where she worked for the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Department and other local agencies and remained a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Duane, her two children, Kimberley and Cory, her four grandchildren, Colton, Chance, Zachary, and Harper, as well as her mother, Alla Kelley and husband Pete. She is also survived by her two beloved dogs, Susie and Sadie.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 9, 2015, at Garmany & Carden Funeral Directors Chapel, 1201 Fourth Street, Rosenberg, TX 77471.
