Patricia "Pat" Ognoskie, 73, of Needville, Texas, died Tuesday, July 21, 2015, with family by her side.

She was born August 19, 1941 in Brownfield, Texas to Pearlina Sanders and Wesley Prestridge.

Pat enjoyed gardening, watching horror movies, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Elizabeth "Susie" Taylor of Bedford, TX, Raymond Taylor and his wife Lynda of Pantego, TX, Leonard Elkins and his wife Betty of Needville, TX and Wesley Elkins and his wife Linda of Needville, TX; grandchildren, James, Regina, Tiffany, Chucky, Trent, Austin, Dylan, Megan, and Samantha; great-grandchildren, Taylor, Jocelyn, Caleb, Pearl, Pennelope, and Jadyn.

Pat is preceded in death by her husband Lester Ognoskie of Needville, TX, her brother Wesley Prestridge Jr., and numerous aunts and uncles.

Funeral services are set for 11:00 am, Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Hope Lutheran Church, 7302 Avenue C, Beasley, TX 77417. Visitation for the family will precede the service at 9:30 am, with public visitation at 10:00 am. Interment will be 11:00 am Friday, July 24, 2015 at Parkdale Cemetery, 701 S Mary St, Arlington, TX 76010.
