Patricia Ann Bell was born January 10, 1926, in Henryetta, Oklahoma, to Francis Thomas Bulla and Eula Estella Bulla. She died September 2, 2019, in Richmond, Texas. Patricia graduated from Okmulgee High School in 1944 and attended a local Business College. On August 25, 1947, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, she married Ernest Carl Bell. She worked as a deputy treasurer in the County Treasurer's Office at the Okmulgee County Courthouse. Patricia attended the South Grand Street Church of Christ for about 50 years. Following the death of her husband, Patricia sold her home in Okmulgee and moved to Richmond, Texas, to live with her son, Rodney Bell and daughter-in-law Valerie. She became an active member of the Graeber Road Church of Christ in Rosenberg.
