Kathy Lynn Kozlovsky, beloved Mother, Grandmother, Wife and Sister, passed away Feb 11, 2014, in Sugar Land, TX. She was born Feb 21, 1957, to Gifford and Margaret Horn, who preceded her in death. She married Ronald Lloyd Kozlovsky June 7, 1974. Kathy worked for Fort Bend ISD at Lakeview Elementary for the past 20 years.

Survived by husband, Ronnie; son, Jonathan; daughter, Jennifer L. Elverud and husband, Michael; 5 grandchildren, Kersten, Bradly, Layla, Isabelle and Margaret of Normangee, TX. She was looking forward to a new grandchild and a great grandchild this spring. Brothers, Paul Horn (Shary) of Alvin, Alec Horn (Yvonne) of Houston; sister, Amy Kelton of Normangee; brother-in-law, Randy Kozlovsky (Marian); sister-in-law, Debbie DeLaro (Frank) of Sugar Land; nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. She loved craft projects, cooking and taking care of her family and friends. She will be missed so very much.
