Emma Elizabeth Thielemann Will was born June 2, 1917 in Richmond, Texas. She was the sixth of nine children born to Otto and Julia Mahlmann Thielemann. She went to her heavenly home on Friday, June 1, 2018, one day short of her one hundred and first birthday.

Emma Will was a member of First Baptist Church of Rosenberg, Texas. She attended Sunday School regularly; she was also a member of Women on Mission and The Joy Club.

She retired from Southwestern Bell after twenty-seven years of service. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers.

Mrs. Will was preceded in death by her husband of forty-two years, Otto V. (Bill) Will and her parents, Otto and Julia Thielemann; her four brothers: Henry and wife Hilma, Alfred and wife Hattie, George and wife Pauline, Robert and wife Dinah; her three sisters: Lillie Steffen and husband Albert, Marie Tormey and husband Leonard, Hilda Brinkmeyer and husband Joseph.

She is survived by her sister Gertrude (Trudy) Ellermann and husband R.H., numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held 10AM Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at First Baptist Church Rosenberg Chapel, 1117 First Street, Rosenberg, TX 77471 with burial to follow in Davis Greenlawn Cemetery, Rosenberg, TX. A time of visitation will be from 6 to 8PM Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Garmany and Carden Funeral Directors Chapel, 1201 Forth Street, Rosenberg, Texas 77471.

Pallbearers will be Ronald Ellermann, David Ellermann, Rick Ellermann, Mark Ellermann, Clarence Thielemann and Phillip Thielemann.

Memorials may be given in her name to First Baptist Church Rosenberg, 1117 First Street, Rosenberg, TX 77471.
