A memorial service to commemorate the life of Emma Augusta Sabrsula will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 28, 2016, at Friedens United Church of Christ, 7502 Ave. I, Beasley, TX 77417. The Rev. Joshua Lawrence will officiate.

Emma was a housewife and farmer's wife most of her life. After her husband's death, she worked in the K-mart cafeteria. Emma enjoyed her job as it gave her an opportunity to meet and talk to a lot of people. She enjoyed playing bingo, crocheting, reading and gardening. She was a member of Friedens United Church of Christ and an active member in the Women's Guild.

Emma was a loving and gracious lady. She was a real treasure to her family and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by John W. Sabrsula, husband; Rudolph and Alma Jaster, parents; Ralph Jaster, brother; Estelline Jaster, sister; Herbert Lee Coufal, nephew; Margie Coufal and Patsy Coufal, nieces.

She is survived by Bernadine Coufal, sister; Brenda Coufal, niece; and Dale Jaster and wife Monica and family, nephew.
