Elizabeth Ann Esparza Torres, 61, of Richmond, Texas passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018. She was born in Houston, Texas, on August 24, 1956, to the late Marcus and Carmen Hernandez Esparza.

Elizabeth enjoyed listening to music and dancing, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents Marcus and Carmen Esparza, daughter Ericka Torres and sisters Frances, Pauline and Irene.

Elizabeth is survived by her daughters Melissa Torres and husband David Botello and Laura Torres and husband Anthony Mendoza; sons Teodoro Torres, Jr, Andrew Torres and Fernando Rodriguez and wife Marisol; sisters Gloria Avilia and husband Manuel and Esther Maturino; brothers John Esparza and wife Stella and Michael Esparza and wife Laura; fourteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

A visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM in the chapel of Garmany & Carden Funeral Home, 1201 Fourth Street, Rosenberg, Texas 77471, with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM with Rev. John Davis officiating.
