Funeral services for Connie Lynn Atkinson have been set for 10 AM Thursday, October 12, 2017 at Southwest Church of the Nazarene, 319 Crabb River Rd, Richmond, TX 77469. A time of visitation will precede the service from 9 to 10 AM.

Connie Atkinson was born May 29, 1957 in Oberlin, KS to Max and Bonnie Fringer. Connie went to Heaven on October 8, 2017 after an over 3 year battle with cancer. Connie had a strong faith in God and loved her church family, Southwest Church of the Nazarene.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Fringer, and her parents, Max Fringer and Bonnie Fringer Turner. Connie is survived by her loving husband of almost 42 years, Jesse Atkinson; their son Michael Atkinson and wife Karen and their two children Nolan and Connor; their daughter Amber Atkinson and her two children Dylan and Andrew and their daddy, Ruben Cervantes; sister Linda Forgue; brother Randy Fringer and wife Janice and their children Jeff and Terry; brother Rick Fringer and wife Kathy, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended families.

Memorial donations may be given in her name to the American Cancer Society, 6301 Richmond Ave. Houston, TX 77057 or to Make A Wish Foundation, 12625 Southwest FWY, Stafford, TX 77477.
