Clyde Ross
Kelley
Aug 11, 1965 — May 24, 2024
Rosenberg
Clyde "Ross" Kelley, 58, of Rosenberg, TX, was born on August 11, 1965, in Gonzales, Texas to Samuel Ross Kelley and Gloria Mullen Kelley. He died on May 24, 2024, in Rosenberg Texas, doing what he loved, which involved beautifying a yard, a tractor, a lawn mower, and instructing the next generation to work hard. He graduated from B. F. Terry High School in 1984. Krystal Marie Kelley was born February 4, 1990; and was the apple of her Daddy's eye. On August 8, 1998, Ross married Robbie, and she not only joined him in marriage but kindly accepted the role of mothering in the home. Before Ross ever drove a vehicle legally, he spent many hours driving farm equipment for rice and cotton farmers in the area. Upon graduation, Ross went to work for Harrison Ranch, Fort Bend County, Lane Aviation, and Fort Bend ISD. He retired from Lamar Consolidated Independent School district in 2016 working as Grounds Supervisor. He became quite acquainted with the coaching staff of many Lamar CISD schools preparing football and baseball fields. He loved the outdoors and spent his life making things beautiful. He worked hard so that he could play hard. He loved to take his family on trips; and his favorite trip was camping at Lake Texana where many of his nieces, nephews, and grandkids have great memories of Uncle Ross.
