Charlotte Ruth Manchester, 77, of Beasley, Texas passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2018 in Rosenberg, Texas. She was born to Donald and Florance Brown on July 29, 1940 in Waterbury, CT. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband Richard W. Manchester.



She is survived by her sons: Richard C. Manchester and wife Kathleen and Craig S. Manchester and wife Mary; sisters: Grace and Donna; brothers: Buddy Brown and wife Milly and Terry Brown and wife Jenna; grandson: Stephen A. Manchester and wife Stephanie; great grandson: Austin Manchester.



A visitation with the family will be on Thursday, January 18, 2018, from 1:00 - 2:00 PM at New Covenant Fellowship, 1412 Brazos St., Rosenberg, Texas 77471, for one hour preceding the Funeral Service at 2:00 PM, with Pastor Charles Surovik officiating.



Interment will follow in San Gabriel Annex Cemetery, Highway 90, Rosenberg, TX 77471.
