A Memorial Service for Billie Koupa Miller, 84, of Sugar Land, TX, is set for 10 AM Friday, January 3, 2014, at Garmany & Carden Funeral Directors Chapel, 1201 Fourth Street, Rosenberg, TX 77471.
She was born Billie Jeanette Koupa on July 16, 1929, in Rosenberg, TX, to Charles Koupa and Sophie Vavrecka Koupa. She died December 18, 2013, at her residence in Sugar Land, TX.
Survivors include her two sons, William Ansel and wife, Missy, and Casey Ansel and wife, Anne; grandchildren, Travis and Marlie Ansel and Chance and Adam Ansel, and their spouses; great grandchildren, June Diane Ansel, Aaron Joseph Ansel, and Liam Alan Ansel due February 2014.
Memorials may be given in her memory to Cal Farley's Boys Ranch, P.O. Box 1890, Amarillo, TX 79174-0001.
